Summits for Christian Schools
Timeframe:
Our summits can be single-day or multi-day events. The most common format is Wednesday-Friday, but we can customize the event to fit your schedule.
Activities:
Daily Chapel Services: These services will include congregational and special music, stage games (if time permits), and a challenging message from God’s Word.
Game Blocks: Each afternoon will include a time for games and intense team competition. Your students will love our unique variety of athletic and team-building activities!
Evening Rallies (optional): We can also partner with your local church (and other area churches if desired) to host teen rallies on one or more evenings during the event. This is an excellent opportunity for community outreach while also providing additional opportunities for encouraging your young people.
Ages/Grades:
Our school summits work great for students in grades 7-12, though sometimes schools will offer it only to those in grades 9-12, and others will extend it to grades 6-12. We are happy to work with any of these options and can tailor the events to fit the needs of your student body.
Responsibilities:
Our team will bring all of the supplies needed for the summit, including all of the game equipment and even our own sound system (depending on the size of the room/crowd). Your school will only need to provide the necessary facilities: a room for chapel services and a gym/activity room and/or field for the games. In addition, if your event includes one or more evening rallies your church or school would be responsible for providing any food that would be served.
We will handle the organization and execution of the program entirely, but support staff (teachers and other faculty members) to help with crowd control, decision counseling during invitations, etc. are always a big help.
Theme:
Our events always have a theme, but we have a number of options to choose from outside of the one specified for that year. Promotional materials (posters, flyers, logos, etc.) are available for all of these themes and can be obtained from Alive Ministries at no cost to you. Please let us know the selected theme and details of your event at least 1 month in advance and we will provide reproducible files.
T-shirts and student booklets can also be made available to your students (additional cost). Please let us know at least 1 month in advance if you would like to have these items as a part of your event.

Because it is our desire to be a blessing to ministries of all sizes, Alive Ministries does not charge a set fee for these events. We operate primarily on a love 0ffering basis. Please schedule a meeting using the form above if you have specific questions about estimated travel expenses, accommodations, etc.
Summits for Churches
Timeframe:
Our summits can be single-day or multi-day events. Some churches choose to host these events as overnight retreats or camps if their facilities allow.
Activities:
All of our summit events feature chapel services that include music, stage games, and challenging Bible messages, and a series of game blocks where we offer an exciting variety of games and intense competition your teens will love.
If your church hosts a multi-day or overnight summit event there will be additional activities such as our morning show (a sketch comedy talk show hosted by our team), morning bible study with disucssion groups, nightly devotions, team time (where teams develop their own songs and cheers, etc.), and, of course, meal times.

Our summits work great for teens in grades 7-12, though sometimes churches will offer it only to those in grades 9-12, and others will extend it to grades 6-12. We are happy to work with any of these options and can tailor the events to fit the needs of your youth group.
Many churches also choose to open their event up to other youth groups in their area.
